Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to accounts, listings, product sales, service requests, quotations, courses, messages, reviews, uploads, payments, and every other use of HandworkMarket. It forms part of our Terms and applies in addition to applicable law.

Listings, quotations, profiles, credentials, prices, availability, images, descriptions, specifications, delivery estimates, and claims must be accurate and current. A Seller or Service Provider must supply what a reasonable buyer would expect from the listing and any accepted quotation.

• Do not use misleading images, fake reviews, hidden charges, or false scarcity.
• Disclose when an item is used, refurbished, made to order, or materially different from the image shown.
• Do not impersonate another person, business, or professional.
• Do not manipulate orders, ratings, referrals, promotions, taxes, or payment records.

You may not offer, request, upload, or promote:

• illegal, stolen, counterfeit, unsafe, recalled, or fraudulently obtained goods;
• weapons, controlled substances, human exploitation, sexual content involving minors, or instructions intended to cause harm;
• hate, harassment, threats, unlawful discrimination, graphic abuse, or privacy violations;
• regulated services where the provider lacks a required licence, permit, qualification, or disclosure;
• malware, credential theft, scams, money laundering, or transactions designed to conceal unlawful proceeds; or
• content that infringes copyright, trade marks, publicity rights, or other rights.

Users must communicate respectfully, keep transaction records on the platform, protect login and payment credentials, and cooperate with reasonable verification, safety, dispute, and fraud-prevention checks. Do not pressure another user to move payment off-platform, evade fees, defeat buyer protection, or provide false evidence in a dispute.

Do not probe or bypass security controls, access another account, scrape the platform without permission, overload the service, reverse engineer protected systems, automate abusive activity, or collect and use another user's personal information outside the transaction for which it was provided.

We may remove content, pause listings, restrict features, hold a transaction for review, suspend or close accounts, preserve evidence, or report conduct where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these rules. Decisions may consider severity, repetition, risk, evidence, and cooperation.
